KARACHI: The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Islamabad and other parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
According to the Meteorological Department, Islamabad will be partly cloudy, rain is expected at a few places at night, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is likely to remain partly cloudy.
Rain is expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kurram, Khyber, Mohmand, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Punjab is likely to be dry and hot during the day. Punjab is likely to be dry and hot during the day.
According to the Meteorological Department, Rawalpindi, Attock, Murree, Galiat may rain at night, most districts of Sindh are expected to be dry and hot. Balochistan is likely to be dry, and northern districts are likely to be partly cloudy.
On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has issued a weather outlook for the next three months, according to which significant changes in rainfall and temperature are expected in different parts of the country from March to May.
According to the Meteorological Department, rainfall is likely to be above normal in the central and western regions of the country from March to May. Above normal rainfall is also expected in southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, central Punjab and northern Balochistan.
According to the report, rainfall is expected to increase in the spring season due to the increasing influence of westerly winds. Rainfall is likely to be normal in Sindh from March to May. Similarly, rainfall is expected to be normal in the central and southern regions of Balochistan.
