ISLAMABAD: The 79th Independence Day is being celebrated with national enthusiasm and enthusiasm across the country today. A gun salute was given at the beginning of the day and special prayers were offered for the country’s progress, unity, peace and prosperity during the Fajr prayer.
The Independence Day celebration began across the country at 12 midnight. Every city, every street, and neighborhood of the country was colored in the colors of the green crescent flag.
Lighting and fireworks were displayed in every corner of the country, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta and Multan. Citizens came out on the streets to celebrate Independence Day, and rallies were taken out in various places to celebrate Independence Day.
A magnificent fireworks display was held in Greater Iqbal Park and Liberty Chowk in Lahore on Independence Day. A large number of citizens were present to celebrate Independence Day and watch the fireworks.
In Hyderabad, fireworks were displayed at various places to celebrate Independence Day at 12 o’clock, while citizens took to the streets to celebrate Independence Day in a grand manner.
In Multan, fireworks were displayed by the district administration at Ghanta Ghar Chowk on August 14 in connection with Independence Day. A large number of citizens reached Ghanta Ghar Chowk.
21-gun salute by the Pakistan Army on the beginning of Independence Day
In Lahore, a 21-gun salute was given at the beginning of the day and special prayers were offered for the country’s progress, unity, peace and prosperity during Fajr prayers.
In Quetta, a 21-gun salute was given at the beginning of the day on the occasion of Independence Day in the Cantt and special prayers were offered for the country’s security during Fajr prayers in mosques.
Armed Forces congratulate the nation on the auspicious occasion of Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal, Naval Chief and Air Chief congratulated the nation on the 79th Independence Day.
According to the ISPR, the unwavering resolve to defend the motherland against all threats remains intact. As the guardian of Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, the armed forces reiterate their resolve to defend the motherland.
The ISPR says that the vision and principles of the founders of Pakistan continuously inspire the nation to uphold the ideals and values of Pakistan. United with the nation, the armed forces will remain steadfast in maintaining peace and stability.
