According to the latest report issued by the Meteorological Department, the current temperature of the city has been recorded at 33 degrees Celsius, which feels like 39 degrees Celsius due to high humidity (65 percent) in the air. The report states that the maximum temperature in the city is likely to reach 37 degrees Celsius throughout the day today.
According to meteorological indicators, the wind speed is currently limited to 12 kilometers per hour and visibility is limited to 6 kilometers, while the air pressure is 999 millibars and the dew point is 25 degrees Celsius. The air quality index is at the level of 55, which is considered to be within the appropriate range. Medical experts have directed citizens to avoid unnecessary outings in the afternoon in view of the humidity and extreme heat and to increase water consumption.
