ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Weather Update, rain and snowfall with strong winds and thunderstorms have been predicted in different parts of the country.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of more rain with strong winds and thunderstorms in Islamabad, intermittent rain and more snowfall is likely in Murree.
More rain is likely in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kalam, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Charsadda, Nowshera, Swabi, Malakand and Mardan.
Intermittent rain and snowfall is expected in Kohat, Kurram, Khyber, Hangu, Parachinar, Bajaur, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank, Karak, Dera Ismail Khan and Waziristan. Heavy snowfall has been forecast in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kalam, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram.
Snowfall is expected in Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Pishin, Qila Abdullah and Qila Saifullah, while rain is likely in Noshki, Harnai, Zhob, Kalat, Barkhan, Sibi and Loralai.
The weather will remain cold and dry in most districts of Sindh, thundershowers and snowfall are likely in Gilgit-Baltistan, heavy rain and more snowfall are expected in Astore and Skardu.
