ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in most parts of the country today.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain is expected in various districts of Punjab, including Rawalpindi, Murree, Galyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Gujarat, Gujranwala and Lahore, while rain may also occur in Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Sahiwal, Khushab, Sargodha, Bhakkar and Layyah. Rain is also likely in Mianwali, Kasur, Okara, Jhang, Faisalabad, Khanewal, Multan and Vehari.
The Meteorological Department says that the weather will remain hot and dry in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, however, rain is expected in Dir, Chitral, Swat, Kohistan, Shangla, Battagram, Buner, Kohat and DI Khan. In addition, rain has also been forecast in Khyber, Waziristan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Peshawar and Swabi.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain hot and dry in most districts of Sindh, while the maximum temperature in Karachi is likely to reach 35 degrees Celsius.
The weather has also been predicted to remain hot and dry in most districts of Balochistan, however, rain may occur in Barkhan, Sibi, Kohlu and Zhob.
