According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to remain extremely hot throughout the day today. The maximum temperature is likely to reach 43 degrees Celsius. The heat wave may continue across Punjab including Lahore for the next few days.
The Meteorological Department has predicted that after May 19, there is a possibility of winds and light rain during the night hours, which is expected to reduce the intensity of the heat somewhat.
