Washington: A charter plane carrying 8 people crashed in the US state of Alaska, killing all on board.
According to US media, the Alaska Command has confirmed that the plane, which was flying from Anchorage to Cape Newnham, crashed near Cape Newnham Airport.
According to the US Federal Aviation Administration, all on board the crashed plane were killed. There were 2 pilots and 6 passengers on board the chartered plane.
US media say that the cause of the accident that befell the chartered plane is not yet known, and authorities have launched an investigation into the accident.
