TEHRAN: Iran has announced a $30,000 reward for anyone who kills or captures and hands over American soldiers.
Iranian Army Chief of Staff Amir Hatami has said that if this action is carried out by a woman, the reward will be doubled.
According to a report by a news, Amir Hatami said in his statement that this plan was prepared after a large number of requests from people.
He said that $30,000 or 5 billion Iranian tomans (Iranian rials) will be given to anyone who captures or kills American soldiers and hands them over to Iranian authorities.
The Iranian Army Chief has once again called on the United States to withdraw from the Middle East.
Amir Hatami said that the US military is not allowed to enter the Persian Gulf, the Gulf of Oman or the Strait of Hormuz.
According to foreign media reports, there is no information about any formal deployment of US ground troops in Iran, however, US personnel entered Iran to carry out relief operations after a US plane crashed in April.
