Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has formally appealed to U.S. President Donald Trump and members of Congress for additional Patriot air-defence munitions, underscoring Ukraine’s continued effort to protect civilians and critical infrastructure amid escalating missile attacks.
