KARACHI: Rain has started in different areas of Karachi, due to which the weather has become pleasant. Light and heavy rain was recorded in many places including the northern and suburban areas of the city.

Rain fell in the city areas of New Karachi, Nagan Chowrangi and Nazimabad, while heavy rain was recorded in North Karachi and Surjani Town.
In addition, it also rained in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Scheme 33, Gadap Town and other nearby areas.
After the rain, the weather in the city became pleasant, while citizens enjoyed pleasant weather after rain in different areas. The rain caused slight slippage on the roads.
Earlier, the Meteorological Department had predicted rain in Karachi on July 25 and 26. According to the Meteorological Department, dusty winds are also likely to blow in the suburban areas of Karachi, however, light rain will occur in the central city under the system.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in the city is likely to remain partly cloudy during the next 24 hours, with the maximum temperature likely to reach 36 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature recorded in the city during the last 24 hours was 29.5 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department has said that sea winds are blowing at a speed of 8 kilometers per hour in Karachi, with a humidity ratio of 82 percent.
