ISLAMABAD: Rain, wind and hailstorm have been predicted in various areas from April 6 to 10, due to which citizens have been instructed to take precautionary measures. Strong winds and thunderstorms can not only affect daily activities but also cause damage in some areas.
Intermittent rain and hailstorm are expected in upper and central Punjab from April 6 to 9, while rain with strong winds has been predicted in Rawalpindi, Attock, Chakwal and Jhelum. Similarly, there will be a clear change in the weather in Lahore, Faisalabad and Gujranwala, where wind and rain may affect citizens.
Rains are likely to continue in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from April 6 to 10, while fears of snowfall and landslides have also been expressed in mountainous areas, which may affect traffic flow. Wind and rain are expected in upper and central areas of Sindh on April 7 and 8, while rain with strong winds has also been predicted in Karachi, Hyderabad and Sukkur.
Thunderstorms are expected in northern areas of Balochistan from April 6 to 9, due to which the local population has been advised to be cautious. Citizens are also giving different reactions to this change in weather on social media, where some people are welcoming the rain while others are expressing concern about the possible damages.
