KARACHI: The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by $45 to $4,837, as a result of which the price of gold per tola in the local bullion markets also increased by Rs5,500 to Rs506,062 on Saturday. Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams also increased by Rs3,858 to Rs433,816.
Meanwhile, as the price of silver per ounce in the global market increased by $1.18 to $80.78, the price of silver per tola in the local bullion markets also increased by Rs118 to Rs8,562 and the price of silver per 10 grams increased by Rs101 to Rs7,340. It should be noted that gold prices fell yesterday after a three-day break, which rose again today.
