ISLAMABAD: The weather situation in various cities of the country has started changing, where the intensity of heat has decreased in some areas while the possibility of rain has been shown in some places.
The weather in Lahore has become pleasant and the intensity of heat has been recorded to decrease.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a 20 percent chance of rain tonight, while the weather is likely to remain dry throughout the day. The city is clear and there will be light winds with sunshine. The current temperature of Lahore was recorded at 29 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to be 37 and the minimum is expected to be 26 degrees Celsius, the wind speed was recorded at 5 kilometers per hour.
In terms of air pollution, Lahore ranked seventh in the world, where the overall AQI was recorded at 137. The pollution level in Bedian was 161, in Model Town 155, in Gulberg III 148, while the AQI was recorded at 132 on Barki Road.
On the other hand, the weather in Karachi is partly cloudy, while the weather is expected to remain hot during the day. The temperature reached 30 degrees Celsius in the morning itself, while the intensity was felt at 33 degrees.
According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in the city today can go up to 36 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, clouds have settled in Islamabad and the Meteorological Department has predicted rain with thunder.
The maximum temperature in the federal capital is likely to go up to 38 degrees Celsius today. According to the Meteorological Department, there is also a possibility of rain in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
