PDMA Punjab has issued a storm, rain and hail alert in most districts of the province from today to June 5.
According to the statement, there is a possibility of rain in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Murree, Galiat, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Bhakkar, Layyah, Faisalabad, Jhang, Okara, Gujranwala and Hafizabad.
Rain is also predicted in Sargodha, Mianwali, Sheikhupura, Khushab and Mandi Bahauddin, there is a possibility of rain in Sialkot, Narowal, Faisalabad, Jhang and surrounding areas.
An alert has been issued to commissioners and deputy commissioners across the province, DG PDMA Umar Javed says to stay in safe places to protect yourself from lightning, never go under open places during lightning.
