ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training, Wajiha Qamar, inaugurated the Art & Craft Exhibition “Silent Expressions II – Dream, Feel and Create” as the special guest at the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) on February 25.

The exhibition features artworks created by students with special needs, highlighting their creativity, talent, and unique perspectives. During her visit, the minister admired several paintings and crafts, personally appreciating the efforts of the students.

Wajiha Qamar also took part in a group photo with the students, praising their dedication and encouraging them to continue expressing themselves through art. The exhibition aims to promote inclusivity in the arts and provide a platform for young artists with special needs to showcase their skills to the public.
