ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Weather Update, the Meteorological Department has predicted dry weather in most parts of the country for the next 12 hours. According to the report, the temperature is likely to remain above normal during the day, while the hilly areas will remain cold during the morning and night.
According to experts, there is a possibility of partial cloud cover and light rain in the northern areas, especially Gilgit-Baltistan, during the evening and night.
According to the Meteorological Department, the following minimum temperatures were recorded in different cities of the country this morning:
Islamabad and Muzaffarabad: 12 degrees Celsius
Lahore: 16 degrees Celsius
Karachi: 22 degrees Celsius
Peshawar: 15 degrees Celsius
Quetta: 9 degrees Celsius
Islamabad and surrounding areas
Dry weather is likely to continue. It will remain cold during the morning and night, while the daytime temperature is expected to be between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Dry weather is expected in most districts. Cold weather will continue in the hilly areas in the morning and night. The temperature in the plains is expected to be 29 to 31 degrees, while in the hilly areas it is expected to be 20 to 22 degrees. Light rain and partly cloudy weather is possible in Chitral and adjacent areas in the evening or night.
Punjab
Most of the districts of the province will remain dry. Cold and partly cloudy weather is expected in Murree, Galiyat and surrounding areas. Daytime temperatures in the central and southern districts may remain between 31 and 33 degrees. Fog is expected in Narowal and Sialkot in the morning hours.
Sindh
Most of the districts will remain dry. Daytime temperatures are expected to be between 33 and 36 degrees Celsius.
Balochistan
Dry weather is expected in most areas of the province. Cold weather will remain in the northern districts in the morning and night. The day temperature is likely to be between 21 and 23 degrees Celsius in the northern areas while in the southern districts it is likely to be between 33 and 35 degrees Celsius.
Gilgit-Baltistan
Partly cloudy weather with light rain is predicted in the evening or night.
Situation in occupied Jammu and Kashmir
Cold and dry weather is expected in occupied Jammu and Kashmir while there may be partial clouds in some areas.
