KARACHI: The Meteorological Department has issued a weather forecast for the next three days in Karachi.
According to the Early Warning Center, the weather is likely to remain hot and dry in most places during the next three days, while the maximum temperature may reach 38 degrees and the minimum temperature may also be recorded as low as 24 degrees.
According to experts, winds are expected to blow in the northeastern areas of Balochistan in the early hours of the day and later in the maritime areas, while the weather is likely to remain generally hot and dry in other areas of the province.
According to the details of the next three days for Karachi division, the maximum temperature is likely to be between 36 and 38 degrees on Saturday (March 14) and Sunday (March 15), while it may be recorded as high as 35 to 37 degrees on Monday (March 16).
Similarly, the minimum temperature is expected to be between 22 and 24 degrees.
The officials further said that the humidity in the air may be high (70 to 80 percent) in the morning and between 15 and 35 percent in the evening.
In addition, the wind direction will initially be northwesterly which will later change to westerly and southwesterly winds. The Meteorological Department has warned the public to take precautionary measures according to the weather.
