ISLAMABAD: Gold and silver prices in global and local markets have reached new historical highs.
The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market has suddenly increased by $109 to a new high of $5,097.
The price of gold per tola in the country has also increased by Rs10,900 to a new high of Rs532,062.
In addition, the price of gold per ten grams has increased by Rs9,345 to Rs456,157.
The price of silver per tola has suddenly increased by Rs537 to a new high of Rs11,428, while the price of silver per ten grams has increased by Rs537 to Rs9,797.
