ISLAMABAD: Gold and silver prices in the global and local markets have reached a new all-time high.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in the country increased by Rs 9,100, after which it reached Rs 514,662.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 7,802, after which 10 grams of gold started selling for Rs 441,239.
A significant increase in the price of gold was also seen in the global market, where gold became expensive by $ 91 per ounce and its price reached $ 4,923 per ounce.
Silver prices also increased and the price of silver per tola increased by Rs 372, after which silver reached a high of Rs 10,275 per tola.
