ISLAMABAD: Rain and hail are likely in the upper parts of the country in Pakistan during the next two days, while the weather conditions may spread to other areas before Eid-ul-Fitr and during the Eid holidays.
According to the Meteorological Department, a new weather system is about to enter the northern and upper areas, due to which rain is expected only in the upper areas initially and later it may also reach other parts of the country.
According to the forecast, heavy rain and hail are also likely in some areas with strong winds, which may result in a significant drop in temperature.
Experts have advised citizens to be cautious and take precautionary measures during possible bad weather.
It should be noted that the weather became pleasant due to the rain that fell in the city late last night. Intermittent rain was recorded in different areas, which reduced the intensity of the heat.
It was raining with strong winds in some areas of the city.
According to reports, rain fell on Dharmapura, Mughalpura, Garhi Shahu, Canal Road and Ferozepur Road, while rain was also recorded in the areas of Ichhra, Model Town, Green Town, Kacha Jail Road and Chungi Amar Sidhu.
On the other hand, the weather in the city is partly cloudy, with a series of interplays between the sun and clouds, making the weather feel pleasant.
The winds are blowing at a speed of about 6 kilometers per hour. The current temperature has been recorded at 21 degrees Celsius.
The humidity ratio in the air is 51 percent.
